Launched in 2019, the handheld vacuum cleaner is part of the Bosch gardening range. But its scope is wider: the model is suitable for car interior care, spot cleaning of dirt in a workshop or other technical premises, at the catch in an apartment or in a house adjoining area.
For this purpose, Bosch UniversalVac 18 is equipped with a set of three nozzles. The combined wide brush with a pair of extension tubes is suitable for collecting dust and other dirt from floors, carpets and other flat surfaces. The crevice nozzle is designed to work in narrow spaces, such as near baseboards, between car seats, upholstery folds, etc. The dust brush is suitable for cleaning work surfaces, textiles and furniture.

The Bosch UniversalVac 18 is characterized by its class-leading performance of 28 L/s (1.7 m³/min). Despite such power, the vacuum cleaner is very compact and has an acceptable weight (1.3 kg with batteries).
The capacity of the plastic cyclone dust collector is 500 mL, which is a typical value for portable solutions. The filtration system contains a fine filter, that is, in fact, HEPA, which ensures the retention of fine dust particles inside the container.
Universal battery and fast charging
The device is equipped with a 2.5 Ah lithium-ion battery. With it, the user has up to 20 minutes of wireless cleaning. The battery used in the model belongs to the Power for ALL solutions: it can be used not only with a vacuum cleaner, but with the entire Home & Garden cordless range of 18 V tools.
The bundled charger supports fast charging mode: 80% of the battery capacity is restored in 40 minutes, which is faster than most analogues.
The Bosch UniversalVac 18 is one of the best new handheld vacuum cleaners on the market with an excellent power-to-package-to-price ratio. Please note that the version with the article number 06033B9100 does not include a battery and charger.
