The Bosch brand gas cooktop is an advanced-class solution that joined the proprietary Series 6 (2025) lineup. The model, with standard built-in dimensions (560x480 cm), features an increased width — 75 cm, which made it possible to space the burners farther apart (convenient when using large cookware simultaneously) and add a fifth cooking zone. The work surface is made of tempered glass, and for convenient placement and stable positioning of cookware there are 5 individual cast-iron grates.

The latter, by the way, can be placed in the dishwasher to automate the removal of stubborn grime. The Bosch PPQ 7A6I40 cooktop is equipped with proprietary FlameSelect rotary controls: they not only support automatic ignition, but also provide flexible 9-level flame control. On the left side of the appliance there is an economy burner (front, with a thermal output of 1000 W) and a standard heating zone (rear, at 1.75 kW). On the right there is another standard and a high-speed burner (the latter — rear, at 3 kW). And in the center there is a wok burner up to 4 kW, which has two flame rings and therefore different heating modes — delicate and intensive. It is also worth highlighting the gas control (automatic gas shut-off if the flame goes out).
