Such a device is primarily designed for demanding users who cook often and a lot. The work area has a durable, easy-to-clean and visually appealing coating made of Schott Ceran glass-ceramic.
In total, the Bosch PVW 851 FB5E hob is equipped with five induction heating zones with a maximum diameter of 14.5 cm to 24 cm, which is most convenient for using cookware with different bottom sizes. In this case, the two extreme right zones can be additionally combined into one large one. It is also worth highlighting a convenient and fairly compact touch control panel, which nevertheless provides the ability to adjust the heating power within 17 levels. But with all this, the width of the hob is 80.2 cm.
