Upon opening the container, the first thing that strikes you is the smell :) (I chose chocolate flavor). It doesn't smell "artificial," just pure cocoa, almost like Nesquik.
Next, I look for the scooping spoon, which should be here for such a price. Finding it is tough as usual, somewhere at the bottom.
A portion equals one scoop (the preparation process has been simplified especially for bodybuilders, no time to cook, gotta lift weights ;). Tastes great with both water and milk (no whey aftertaste). It's a complex protein and includes casein, which, besides the thickening agents, adds its own thickness. Mixes quickly and without foam.
Before my first purchase of Syntha, I was worried about the carbs in the mix, but thankfully there's a minimal 2 grams of sugar, the rest are slow carbohydrates. They provide a few additional calories plus satiety.
This mix is the best treat for your muscles. Buy it without hesitation.
