I bought this PC practically like a pig in a poke, there were no decent reviews or trustworthy test feedback. Case. Smooth, pleasant to the touch, seemingly smudge-resistant, though it's hard to say as I don't touch the computer with greasy hands. Sound. I was insanely pleasantly surprised. It doesn't have the classic laptop beeper but a pair of small speakers. Since I always listen to music and the speaker on my previous laptop was terrible, I consider this a huge plus. The laptop screen is slightly recessed, and there's a small frame around the edge to keep debris from getting on the keyboard and screen when closed. For the webcam, there's a shutter (if that's important to someone). The microphone is average, not great, but decent enough for communication. Performance. I got the max configuration on Windows 11, installed Dota on max settings at 55 FPS (enabled mode to boost performance, without it was 25-30 FPS). It heated up in the center of the computer during the game, so long gameplay wasn't entirely comfortable. It wasn't too noisy. The battery holds up well. On a single charge, I listened to music and surfed the internet for 3 hours, then watched a series of 10 episodes, 20 minutes each in 720p, and there was still 10 percent left (screenshot attached). Appearance. Overall, it looks solid and business-minimalist. Case. Sharp metal edges. When you start working and the computer hasn't warmed up yet, it's cold. I have always loved Dell for their keyboards. The keyboard here is worse than in previous models; I can't quite figure out why, but something's off. However, compared to competitor laptops, it still stands out, nothing flexes or sticks. It feels like there's not enough brightness, but we don't get sunlight here, so it's hard to check.
