Real gaming

The Dell Inspiron 15 7577 is another iteration of the mid-range gaming laptop from the American manufacturer (Dell's older gaming laptops, we recall, are released under the Alienware name). Outwardly, it is almost indistinguishable from the previous Inspiron 7567 model, but there are still internal differences.

Many improvements, one deterioration

Let's start with the good: the diagonal and screen resolution remain the same (15", 1920x1080 pixels), but instead of a dull TN-matrix, a bright and high-contrast IPS is now used. A fingerprint scanner has appeared, more in demand in business laptops than gaming ones, but conveniently built into the power button, so let it be. But the subwoofer, which was in the old 7567, is unfortunately not used in the new product.

Upgrade doesn't take long

The range of configurations is traditional for entry-level gaming laptops: Core i5-7700HQ processor (four cores and the same number of threads) or i7-7700HQ (four to eight), GeForce GTX 1050 video cards (moreover, a rare version with 4 GB of video memory), 1050 Ti and 1060 Max -Q (select chip with minimal current leakage and, as a result, reduced power consumption), 8 or 16 GB of RAM and a 1 TB hard drive or 256 GB SSD (or both at once). As a result, we get a solidly assembled and well-cooled gaming laptop with a performance margin of three to five years (depending on the configuration).
