One of the most affordable models of lightweight and compact folding quadcopters in the DJI Mini 2 line. Positioned as a product in the mid-price category in 2023. It is one of the best drone options for beginner users. Unlike older models in the line, which support video recording at a maximum resolution of 3840x2160 pixels, this quadcopter records a video stream with a resolution of 2720x1530 and a frame rate of 30 fps.

High-quality optics and a 12 MP CMOS sensor measuring 1/2.3 inches with a viewing angle of 83° are responsible for the improved clarity of video recording. It supports creating photos in JPEG and DNG RAW formats with a resolution of 4000x3000 pixels. A fully charged standard battery (2S) with a voltage of 7.7 V provides up to 31 minutes of autonomy in the air. Also worth mentioning is an improved controller that supports the OcuSync 2.0 protocol, which supports HD video transmission over a distance of up to 6 km (Europe) or up to 10 km (North America).
