Fill the cup with the desired amount - hot or carbonated liquids are not recommended. Fully screw the LID onto the MUG until the spout lines up with the face - tighten firmly. Cleaning- Wash all parts before use. Always have clean hands and surfaces. For initial use, boil all parts for 3 minutes. Between uses, all parts should be washed individually in hot water with a mild detergent and rinsed well. Only use the top rack of the dishwasher.
