Self-propelled robot for automated care of grass surfaces on lawns with an area of up to 500 m². The outline of the lawn is initially defined with the help of a boundary wire. The device mows the grass using a rotary cutting system with an 18 cm cutting width. The cutting height is adjusted steplessly from 30 mm to 60 mm. By controlling the Einhell Freelexo 500 robot lawnmower with a smartphone via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, the user can set a grass cutting schedule and divide the area into several (up to 4) separate mowing zones.

The lawnmower has impact sensors (to change trajectory when encountering obstacles), rain sensors (to return to the charging station during bad weather), and tilt and lift sensors (to stop the blade in abnormal situations). The robot is equipped with a brushless motor, which efficiently and economically uses battery power. A removable lithium-ion battery Einhell Power X-Change is used as the power source. The package includes a charging station and 130 meters of boundary wire with 190 pegs for fixation. Key highlights include the efficient brushless motor system and the versatile smartphone control capabilities allowing for customized mowing schedules and zone division.

In addition to the mowing programs, you can also program and set mowing times down to the minute. The latest firmware updates are automatically installed on the mower overnight over-the-air via the Wi-Fi connection – so no USB stick is needed.
