With a tool of such power, it is possible to solve a fairly wide range of tasks related to the manufacture of small wooden parts in a home workshop. The router has a speed control - 6 fixed positions, you can step change the spindle speed from a minimum (11,000 rpm) to a maximum (30,000 rpm). The presence of this function allows you to work with a variety of materials (not only with solid wood or furniture panels, but also with plastic and even, if not zealous, then with aluminium blanks). The design of the tool allows you to fine-tune the depth of milling, because there is not only the usual “ruler”, but also a microlift (micrometric adjustment of the stop with an accuracy of 0.1 mm). But it should be noted that the flag for fixing the vertical position is made of plastic, so sometimes there are problems with setting the depth. It is also worth taking into account that this router has tight springs. You need to have strong enough hands to press the tool and guide it along the intended path.

The cardboard box with the router contains a small set of accessories: an adapter for a vacuum cleaner, a parallel fence (plus a point that turns the fence into a compass) and a guide bush. To get started, you will also need to buy cutters, since there is not one in the kit. The router comes with two collets for cutters with 6 and 8 mm shanks (the most popular sizes in Europe), which can be bought at any online tool store. Therefore, your choice of equipment is practically unlimited (except for the cutter diameter limit of 30 mm).
