Elica Fold S IX/A/72 stainless steel

A fully built-in model from the Fold line by the Italian brand Elica, launched in 2023, designed for concealed installation in a wall-mounted kitchen cabinet. The body width of 71.4 cm is aimed at working with expanded hob surfaces — not the classic 60 cm, but larger ones that require coverage of five burners or an unusually sized stove. The Elica Fold S IX/A/72 kitchen hood is equipped with a 250W motor with a capacity of up to 710 m³/h in intensive mode — enough power for active cooking in a large area, especially when working with open flames or frying dishes with strong aromas. In addition to boost, there are three standard speeds, switchable via simple button switches.

The noise level ranges from a relatively moderate 53 dB at minimum to 66 dB at maximum — moderate for such performance devices. Both operation modes are supported: exhaust to ventilation or recirculation with air purification via an active carbon filter, purchased separately. Note the non-standard duct diameter of 120 mm instead of the more common 150 mm, requiring matching pipes and adapters when connecting to existing ventilation. Basic filtration consists of a reusable aluminum grease filter. Energy efficiency class — B. LED lighting for the work area. The body height of 23.1 cm and depth of 28.3 cm fits standard kitchen furniture dimensions.
