The Fenix high-performance headlamp is a reliable companion when climbing, hiking, searching and other outdoor activities or, conversely, in poorly lit rooms. It is designed for intensive use in difficult conditions: the case is made of plastic and aluminium using triple injection molding technology, withstands drops from a height of up to 2 meters and is protected from moisture and dust according to the IP66 standard.
The model is equipped with Luminus SST40 (white light), Cree XP-G3 S4 (neutral white light) and Everlight 2835 (red light) diodes, the service life of which is 50,000 hours. The Fenix HP16R delivers up to 1250 lumens of brightness and a range of about 260 meters. But this is the maximum performance in turbo mode. There are also several brightness levels and additional modes to choose from: low / high beam, red light and flashing red light.
The protection function will make sure that the device does not overheat and fail: if the temperature rises to 65 degrees, the brightness decreases. The flashlight is powered by a Fenix ARB-LP3000 lithium-polymer battery, but it can be replaced with four AA batteries if necessary. Batteries cannot be charged, but the battery can. A single charge is enough for a maximum of 300 hours of battery life (in minimum mode), and the battery is charged via the USB Type-C port. The package includes a charging cable, four helmet hooks, three cable clips and a storage bag.
