I have a lot of different backpacks - mostly sports and hiking ones. When the need arose to buy a city backpack for carrying a laptop, a thermos, and a notebook - I immediately thought of this Kanken, Eastpack, and Dakine. Fjällräven turned out to be more interesting due to the variety of colors. I took a limited edition model dedicated to animal protection. The 14" MacBook Pro fits perfectly, as do all the other necessary EDC items for the city. The material is strong and reliable. It cleans easily. It's water-resistant.
