The Ultima 35 Ezload is capable of laminating many sizes and shapes of paper and card up to A3 width, and to almost any length, with a selection of dedicated high-quality gloss or matt laminating films to a professional standard. The unique Ezload Film Loading Technology makes it impossible to load films incorrectly.
The Ultima 35 Ezload has an exceptionally fast warm-up time of just 90 seconds, and adjustable speed settings to ensure perfect results on a wide range of material and film thicknesses. A Heat Protection shield prevents inadvertent contact with the heat shoes and keeps dust and other materials away from the lamination zone. The laminator will only function when the feed table and feed table latch are locked in position, and there is also a 1-hour auto shut off feature. The film rolls are supplied with colour coded plugs, which makes it impossible to load replacement roll films in error. A threading and loading guide is included, and there are no film shafts, making it easier for office personnel to load.
The Ultima 35 Ezload features an easy to understand control panel that has a Run/Stop/Reverse switch, Power and Ready lights, and a Speed control dial. There is also a rear slitter to trim the film as it exits the laminator.
This laminator can accept the following film thicknesses. 2 x 42.5 micron (85 total), 2 x 75 micron (150 total), 2 x 125 micron (250 total), in both matt and gloss finishes. It can laminate at least 240 A4 sheets per hour (less than 15 seconds each).
