The wheels do not fit on the subway rails for descent. Fabric where the puffs have already started to tear after 3 months of use. The handle is plastic and rubs your palms. I've been using it for 3 years. Surprisingly, the wheels lasted a long time (3 years with intensive use and chronic overload of the bag). The cord lock broke after 2 years, but it can easily be replaced with a similar one (sold in any sewing supply store, price 5 rubles). After 3 years, the fabric where the cord is tightened began to tear, but the main thing here is to immediately sew up the tear (it is easy to sew up). Very high quality and practical model. Good combination of price and quality. If there is a need to replace the bag, I will exchange it for the same one. Lightweight, comfortable, roomy, durable, inexpensive. The ride is smooth, the wheels do not jam, do not slow down, and do not creak. When replacing wheels, it is difficult to find "original" ones. The wheels are quite rare.
