The Grohe Eurosmart Cosmopolitan E 36325001 electronic touchless tap of the Eurosmart product family belongs to expensive premium models with advanced functionality. The device is made of high-quality brass and has a typical appearance for automatic taps, standing out only with a spout bar that extends from the body with a slight rise. The aerator's 22° angle and 107 mm jet depth provide a comfortable space for washing even within a small sink. A valve for adjusting the temperature of the mixed water is installed on the side surface of the body. The signature StarLight chrome coating guarantees a lasting shine even after decades, and the water-saving EcoJoy technology allows you to use half as much water as usual (5 L/min at 3 bar pressure). The device has received the highest protection class IP59, which will completely protect electronic components even from powerful hot water pressure.

Mains power supply

The tap is mounted horizontally on the sink hole Ø 34 mm and connected to the water supply using complete flexible hoses with pre-installation of mud strainers and non-return valves. The flow control solenoid valve is powered by a 230 V household network through a cable and an adapter that converts AC voltage to DC (6 V). Given the possible power failures that can make the mixer inoperable, this power option can hardly be considered an advantage. The device has 7 preset operating modes, including hygienic washing, (autodrain) and antimicrobial heat treatment. The automatic shutdown (60 s by default), as well as the time and range of the sensor response, can be reconfigured at your discretion within the allowable values. More fine-tuning of all parameters of the device operation can be performed using the remote control 36 407, which must be purchased separately.
