Great tires for asphalt for the money. Hard, wears slowly. I've been using these tires since I bought the car (spring 2006). After five years, there's 70% wear. Mileage is 100,000 km. They don't make noise. They perform excellently on both wet and dry asphalt. But they're not meant for sand (got stuck right away). Does not handle sand well, even if it's not deep. However, the name Optimo speaks for itself - optimal tires at an optimal price. I drive on radius 15 and I'm satisfied. Very often, I have to drive out of town and speed on highways, and it holds the road well at high speeds, the steering wheel doesn't vibrate. In the rain, there's not as much noise as with my previous all-season tires! It's a bit stiff, but it's nice that it doesn't wear out quickly, meaning it doesn't wear out, and that's good. In the worst case, you can always swap it from any other wheel. I've been using them for 4 years. The only complaint about these tires was their stiffness. But surprisingly, with each year of use, the tires become softer. In the summer, on the highway in the heat, it's like driving on rails; the handling at speed is excellent. Look at the tread pattern; it is logical and clear.
