An advanced, multifunctional and, moreover, quite versatile laser printer with colour printing support, positioned by the manufacturer in the upper price segment. The main feature of this model is the ability to work with A3 paper. This model is mainly intended for offices and office divisions in companies of any size, from small to large. Able to print up to 75,000 pages monthly, while the average print speed is within 20 pages per minute (for A4 format).

Automatic two-sided printing is provided. The resolution of the HP Colour LaserJet Pro CP5225 printer is 600x600 dpi — this print quality is enough for creating business documents of any type. The printer received a 2-line monochrome display. The presence of a USB 2.0 port allows printing equipment to freely communicate with a PC at high speed. The device is equipped with 4 cartridges — one of the toners is black and white, and the other three have a colour pigment: cyan, magenta and yellow. Laser color printing does not yet boast the same high-quality color reproduction as specialized inkjet photo printers, but it has its own compelling advantages. The most important of them is high productivity and much lower demands on paper quality. To quickly produce a series of high-quality A4 presentation materials with business graphics is possible only with the help of laser printing.
The main advantage of this printer is the ability to work with large print sheet formats, that is, A3 format. Moreover, the printer is equipped with a full duplex and this allows you to make full-size layouts of large booklets with a spread, and if necessary, reproduce them yourself. Yes, the cost at the same time turns out to be horse, but if this is done on good glossy paper, then premium-class printing comes out. It prints quickly, on a color A3 format with 15-25% coverage it takes from - 6 to 12 seconds. I still do not quite understand what this time depends on and where the image is rasterized - in the printer or by the PC, through the driver. With A4 printing, everything is much more stable, about 3 seconds per color print. The honest resolution is 600x600 dpi and, as I wrote above, this is enough. Connects to a computer via USB only. The printer itself is quite serious in appearance, large and really heavy, more than 40 kg.
From a cold state, it warms up for almost a minute, with a warm start (from a state of energy saving), the first page in color comes out no earlier than in 14-16 seconds. Very high cost of consumables, which inevitably affects the cost of printing. A complete set of 4 cartridges now costs about 32,000 UAH. True, the cartridges are quite capacious, with a resource of 7000+ pages, subject to 5% coverage.
