Laptops in a calm and peaceful design, tailored for games and multimedia tasks. The crowning feature of the series is 16.1-inch IPS-screens with the usual Full HD resolution - 1920x1080 pixels. Depending on the implementation, their response time varies from 3 to 7 ms, and the refresh rate - from 144 to 165 Hz. The displays are TÜV Rheinland certified, which concerns the safe impact on the user's visual apparatus.

The hardware configuration of the laptops is based on Intel Core 14th generation processors (Raptor Lake): 10-core and 16-thread Core i5-14450HX or 20-core and 28-thread Core i7-14700HX. Also "under the hood" is advanced discrete graphics up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX4070 (of course, with ray tracing support). HP Victus 16-r1000 laptops are released with 16 or 32 GB of DDR5-5600 RAM, a 512 GB or 1 TB M.2 NVMe SSD drive.

Additionally, there is a slot for another M.2 drive (with a PCI-E 4.0 4x interface). Models of the line can boast RGB keyboard backlighting, stereo sound with DTS X Ultra, the presence of all popular communications on board (including wireless Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth v 5.3). Autonomous operation of laptops is entrusted to a battery with a capacity of 83 W * h with fast charging via a USB type C connector (from zero to 50% in about half an hour).
