Model overview based on user reviews
The Kaiser KCG 6380 Turbo hob, while praised for its beautiful design, has been consistently criticized for its serious safety issues. Multiple users report that the glass surface explodes unexpectedly, posing a significant risk of injury. Despite careful handling, the glass has shattered, leading to dangerous situations in the kitchen. Additionally, the most powerful burner is positioned too close to the wall, potentially causing damage to nearby surfaces. The brand's customer service has been described as unresponsive, with warranty claims often denied, particularly concerning glass damage. Many reviewers caution against purchasing this product, highlighting its poor quality and unreliable performance.

if my advice helps anyone, then in no case take it. I read the reviews myself but did not listen. I knew that they explode, but thought it wouldn't happen to me. Used it very carefully, dusted it off. Luckily, I was standing with my back to it, the glass shattered all over the kitchen. Thankfully the child was not near the stove. The service center said the warranty does not cover glass (6 months for the surface), everyone says, "maybe you hit the glass with a hammer yourself." I wrote to representatives both in Moscow and in Ukraine, not a single response!!!! People, don't take it if you hear don't take it!!! And to replace the glass costs 10,000-13,000 rubles. Nobody even wants to come from the service!!! After all, you could end up disabled for life. Everyone writes reviews that they explode, but where is the government looking, why do they allow the sale of life-threatening devices and how was the production certificate obtained?!?!?! Beautiful The glass exploded use Kaiser KCG 6380 Turbo few months i recommend it don't buy |
After six months of use, the glass of the gas cooktop exploded. The kitchen was covered with shards, injuring my wife's hand. At the time, only one pan was being used on the stove. The warranty repair was denied by the representative—they claim we "dropped something on it and that the glass isn't covered under warranty." These are the kinds of guarantees offered by this pseudo-German brand. Neither in Germany nor anywhere outside the CIS is the Kaiser brand known. A quick five-minute search online reveals a dozen similar incidents. I refuse to pay to repair such junk and will throw it away, where it belongs in the trash. design explosive use Kaiser KCG 6380 Turbo few months i recommend it don't buy |
We used the hob of this model for two years. Recently, after seasoning a new cast-iron frying pan, all the glass shattered deafeningly, forming a network of small cracks across the entire surface. It actively began to deteriorate from the edges along the entire perimeter. Liquids that land on the glass immediately seep through the cracks, further marring the overall appearance. We did not violate any operational rules and treated this hob as if it were a crystal vase. Furthermore, the most powerful burner on this model is literally placed against the wall, heating it and melting plastic elements/corners of furniture, unless, of course, your backsplash is made of tile or another fireproof material. Finally, do not be deceived into thinking you are buying an authentic "German" product: Kaizer is a pseudo-German brand whose products are distributed in the former Soviet republics and some countries of the former Eastern Bloc, and it's virtually unheard of in Germany itself. As they say, "don't let yourself be fooled." Good luck with your choice! beautiful EXPLODES use Kaiser KCG 6380 Turbo month or more |
