The German company Karcher has earned a reputation as a reliable manufacturer of high-quality cleaning equipment, and the manufacturer’s product range also includes autonomous assistants - robotic vacuum cleaners. The model is a universal device for dry and wet cleaning. The side brush sweeps away debris from corners and along baseboards, and the main turbo brush collects dry debris and sends it to a 500 ml dust container.

The device is suitable for both hard floors and carpets. For wet cleaning, there is a 170 ml water tank and a microfiber pad that is automatically wetted while the vacuum cleaner is operating. The robot is capable of individually performing only dry or wet cleaning or operating in a combination of both. For navigation, Karcher RCV 3 uses a lidar system, which ensures accurate construction of floor plans and safe movement through them during the cleaning process.

The device does not leave behind missing areas, does not crash into furniture and is able to remember several maps of floors, which is especially important for multi-story buildings. It is also equipped with height difference sensors that prevent falls from the stairs. The autonomy is provided by a 3200 mAh battery, one charge of which lasts up to 120 minutes of continuous operation.

Having discharged, the robot independently returns to the station, after which it continues cleaning from the same place. It takes about 4 hours for him to fully restore his energy. And for control, there is a proprietary mobile application in which you can configure power and water supply parameters, create a cleaning schedule, set virtual walls and specific zones for local cleaning.
