Excellent mechanics and response
The Korg LP-380 digital piano can be safely recommended to both beginner musicians and students of music universities. Thanks to the combination of technical features and authentic sound, the model is in great demand among professional pianists.
Strictness and style
The body of the instrument received an ascetic design and small dimensions (1355x772x351 mm with the lid closed), thanks to which the piano will fit even in a secluded corner of your home. The assembly of the instrument does not take much time, but those who are interested in live performance and mobility should understand that the Korg LP-380 is not designed for permanent transportation. The keys are protected by a wooden cover, the mechanism of which operates smoothly, eliminating finger injury.
The keyboard consists of 88 weighted keys. The integrated mechanics of the Weighted Hammer Action 3 keyboard allows you to get closer to the feeling of playing an academic piano. The sensitive response of each key makes it easy to cope with technical passages and finger Glissando. A heavier pressing of the lower and a quick "bounce" of the upper registers make it possible to perform works with a "pearl" technique.
The digital piano has received Key Touch Control technology, which allows you to select the mode that suits the technique and artistic tasks of the musician.
The Korg LP-380 digital piano has built-in sostenuto, soft and damper pedal. The operation of the mechanism is soft, with the possibility of using a half-pedal. The design provides for its fastening with a plastic clip on the bottom rail of the body, which does not allow the pedal structure to move.
Using the instrument as a MIDI keyboard, you can transfer data from the piano to a computer or tablet, and use the Line Out jack to connect the instrument to a speaker system.
Built-in Korg LP-380: multi-function metronome, transposition, chorus (Chorus), reverb (Reverb) demo tunes.
A distinctive feature of the tool is its energy saving. With high-quality and surround sound, the piano consumes only 15W (other models of this class consume at least 40W).
An insignificant drawback, which will be especially noticeable by professional pianists, was a small music stand. A light score of several sheets will fit on it, but the CTC or the clavier of "La Traviata" will not be able to stand on a thin footboard.
A significant drawback is the lack of a Line In jack. However, in this model, the emphasis is on acoustic parameters and the maximum approximation to "live" sound, so the model will be more interesting for professional musicians.
