Model overview based on user reviews
The Kumho WinterCraft Ice Wi31 tires have received positive feedback for their performance, especially considering their price. A user who tested them on a Logan taxi during winter conditions found them to be quiet, predictable, and reliable. While they may not match the performance of premium brands like Hakka on ice and snow, they are comparable to brands like Gislaved. The user, who has extensive driving experience, recommends these tires for moderately active driving, noting that they exceeded expectations during tests on snowy and icy roads. Overall, they are considered a great choice for those seeking quality winter tires without the premium price tag.
Pros

If you don't mind spending money, then buy it of course)

Nothing special—I’d give it a solid 2 out of 5. On their second season of use. Performs terribly in loose and wet snow. If you’re thinking of buying, it makes more sense to look at a pricier segment. A waste of money.
Good on perfectly clean asphalt
Weak grip in loose and wet snow, noisy

Bought for a Logan taxi. Broke them in for 500 km, just as the winter weather started. Snow fell, ice in spots. Managed to test them out on empty roads at night. They exceeded my expectations, especially at this price. Quiet, predictable, quite reliable. I have a basis for comparison, trust me. I drive a lot with Hakka, and a bit with different ones. Ice and snow, of course, aren't like Hakka. But, for instance, they're no worse than any Gislaved. Up to the highest price category, I don't know what surpasses these tires. So, they're ideal for moderately active driving.
Everything is just great
