The brightness of this model reaches up to 4000 lm. The illuminator is easily installed on a construction or bicycle helmet. There is a mount for a bicycle handlebar. Additionally, a GoPro adapter is provided. The Xtreme LED dual light head uses Fusion Beam technology.

LEDs for near and far illumination can work together, while maintaining the ability to fine-tune the glow of each bulb. The Led Lenser H19R Signature headlamp is equipped with a Bluetooth remote control module. The backlight can be adjusted through the proprietary Ledlenser Connect application. The remote battery pack is equipped with a Li-Ion battery with an increased voltage of up to 7.4 V.

The battery capacity is 4800 mAh. In the economical glow mode, autonomy reaches 20 hours. The device is equipped with a red auxiliary backlight. There are four brightness options available: 4000, 1800, 800 and 200 lm. There are also features of special glow modes. There is a time display function, the flashlight will blink after a specified time interval. Illumination temperature gradient: 6000-7500 K. This illumination corresponds to the shade of the bright midday Sun.
