High-end vacuum TWS headphones with a built-in DSP processor, an advanced active noise reduction system and a unique UV Nano antibacterial complex. An antibacterial lamp is built into the charging case of the headphones, which, using ultraviolet radiation, destroys 99.9% of bacteria on the headphone mesh in the first minutes of charging. And the ear pads are made of special hypoallergenic silicone.

The headphones belong to the middle price segment and are a representative of the young TONE Free headphone series, which LG introduced in 2021. A feature of this series is the use of a built-in DSP-processor with support for Headphone Spatial Processing (HSP) surround sound technology. This is a whole complex of psychoacoustic enhancers from the British company Meridian, which bring the sound of headphones closer to the nature of the sound of Hi-Fi speakers.

Also, the development of Meridian is used to enhance the bass as an alternative to the equalizer. Despite the general neutrality of the sound of LG TONE Free FN7, the manufacturer focuses on working out the bass. To give the bass a greater impact, the company's engineers have redesigned the drivers: the edge of the diaphragm is made of high-quality silicone material, the dome is made of more durable metal, and the damper has a denser structure than conventional headphones from the company.

For the operation of the active noise reduction system, each earpiece has three microphones (4 common + 2 speech), which can focus on noise isolation or improve speech quality. ANC supports several modes of operation, which can be switched in the proprietary LG TONE Free application. To connect to a communication source, a Bluetooth 5.0 receiver with a 10-meter range is used. Claimed battery life can be between 5 and 7 hours depending on whether ANC is enabled. For charging and transporting the headphones, a stylish case with a built-in battery is provided, which can increase battery life up to 21 hours. Thanks to the IPX4 waterproof housing, the headphones can be considered as sports headphones. For better bass readability and more accurate noise reduction, the headphones were equipped with specially designed spiral ear cushions.
