Fully wireless mid-range headphones brought to market by the renowned brand Sennheiser in 2021. Among the key features of the model are a large battery, good sound, and extended codec support. But in terms of functionality, everything is quite simple - there is no active noise reduction, “Transparent Wall” and other things. Among the shortcomings, it is worth noting the lack of auto-pause when taking the headphones out of the ear, which is a little frustrating.
At the heart of the Sennheiser CX True Wireless headphones are dynamic drivers that provide sound reproduction in a frequency range from 5 Hz to 21 kHz. It is important to note the support for aptX and AAC codecs. The control is classic - taps on the headphones, while in the proprietary application, gestures can be quite flexibly reconfigured to the wishes of the user. Each headphone has two microphones with noise reduction, which allows you to use them as a headset for communication.
It has an IPX4 waterproof rating, which provides adequate protection against sweat and rain, but it's not completely submersible. The headphones' own batteries can play up to 9 hours on a single charge. For recharging, a complete case is used, which provides up to 27 hours of continuous operation. Note that the headphones themselves are packed in a fairly large case, which can be inconvenient to carry in your pocket. It’s a pretty good model, the sound is clear, and the power supply is good, turning the iPhone 11 up to 70-80% so that it’s a little normal, trouble breaks out in the subway.
