It represents a comparatively simple yet functional tool for a wide range of users who need more than just "red/green" indicators but do not require complex laboratory functions and internal resistance measurements available in Liitokala Engineer series models.

The Liitokala Lii-PD2 charger can work with three main types of batteries: Li-Ion with voltages of 3.7/3.8 V, Ni-MH/Ni-Cd with a voltage of 1.2 V, and LiFePO4 with a voltage of 3.2 V. The design of this model includes two independent slots with spring-loaded steel slider contacts, which ensure reliable fixation of cells of different lengths. An important feature of the charger is the presence of a built-in power supply unit that connects to a 220 V network. There is also a DC 12V/1A port for operation from external sources or a car adapter. Indication and monitoring are performed using a monochrome LCD screen with a backlight that automatically turns off when inactive. The charger can operate in automatic mode, but also allows manual setting of the battery type and charging current, which is carried out using two buttons.
