Model overview based on user reviews
The Logitech G923 Trueforce is a versatile gaming steering wheel compatible with PC, Xbox, and PlayStation consoles. Users appreciate its realistic feedback and high-quality pedal set, particularly the progressive brake pedal. However, some note that the brake pedal is stiff and the Trueforce feedback can be noisy, likened to a blender or jackhammer. The steering wheel is well-built with a secure attachment and comfortable grip, though some users suggest modifications for a softer feel. It's important to ensure compatibility with your platform, as there are different versions for Xbox and PlayStation. Overall, the G923 offers good durability and a satisfying driving experience, though it may not fully replicate the feel of a real car. It's recommended for beginners or those looking for a simple, functional steering wheel, but experienced drivers might find the dynamics lacking.

Very cool emotions for a first-time steering wheel, feels very pleasant. A big plus is its pedals, which are really awesome, feel very high quality, and the feedback from the wheel is great. Brake pedal, trugorce is not bad but makes noise like a blender, after 2-3 months an unpleasant play appeared |
Overall, the impressions are mixed. The feedback is really cool, you kind of feel the road and there are no delays, but the vibrations feel like holding a jackhammer (I've seen videos on YouTube where they make it much quieter, but you need to disassemble it and use soundproofing materials plus add additional dampers). Honestly, I expected a softer feel, like in a real car. The steering wheel itself is well-built, attaches securely, no play, comfortable to hold, and the paddle shifters work without problems. The pedals are fine too, but the brake is very stiff — for comfort, it's better to modify it a bit by removing the rubber under the spring. I can't say anything about steering wheel settings through the app, as I did all the settings in Gran Turismo 7 on PS5. Also — it's important to check right away which version of the steering wheel you have to ensure compatibility with your platform (PC + PlayStation or Xbox). The price-quality ratio is 8 out of 10, there are minor material issues (quality of the covering, scratches on the front bolts). In short, if you don't want to fuss and want a simple yet functional steering wheel, you can get it. From personal experience, try to play on it somewhere before purchasing, because if you've been driving a real car for many years, it doesn't feel the same on the wheel — you don't feel the speed and dynamics, you just remember where to brake. I think it’s better with VR, and for beginners who just want to try car simulators — the wheel is quite suitable. No delays. The brake pedal is very stiff. If you've been driving a real car for many years, you don't feel the speed and dynamics, you just memorize the braking points — the feeling is not quite realistic. |
Forza motorsport 2023, wrc 2023. Euro trac2 American track. Grid legend. A-Competizione. Wrc 9. Dirt rally 2.0. Lately, it started outputting more. So it doesn't feel like a foreign car. Overall, it's okay. Gas pedal, there's a protective cover pad. It rubs a bit against the body because of the spring. Not all games support 940 degrees. And not all games support the tachometer. I use a tablet as a tachometer. |
