Due to these characteristics, the tool can make holes in concrete with a diameter of up to 20 mm (in wood - up to 26 mm, in steel - up to 13 mm). The device is equipped with a safety clutch that protects the gearbox and operator from “kickback” when the equipment jams in concrete. The chuck allows you to use all types of accessories with SDS+ shanks: drills, drills, adapters, chisels, picks, etc. In the Makita DHR241RFJ package, the hammer drill comes with two Makita 18V LXT series batteries (each with a capacity of 3 Ah) and a charger (provides full charging the battery in 22 min...utes).
