Model DHR171Z comes without accessories, model DHR171RFJ comes with two batteries (3 Ah), charger and Makpac case, and model DHR171RTJ comes with two batteries (5 Ah), charger and Makpac case.
Powerful and compact cordless rotary hammer with SDS Plus keyless chuck, L-shape layout and practical LED lighting. It is positioned as a product of the middle price category, belongs to professional-class models designed to perform moderate amounts of work. Despite its modest overall dimensions and relatively low weight (2.8 kg with battery), the tool is equipped with a powerful commutator motor that guarantees decent torque and impact energy reaching 1.2 J.
Thanks to battery power, the Makita DHR171Z rotary hammer will be a reliable assistant in performing assembly and dismantling and construction works at facilities that are not connected to the electrical network. The vertical position of the motor has made it possible to make the tool body shorter, which can play a decisive role when working in confined spaces. The tool can function in two modes - impact and conventional drilling.
Allows you to quickly make holes with a diameter of up to 13 mm in durable concrete / reinforced concrete, natural and artificial stone, metal (up to 10 mm), wood (up to 17 mm) and polymeric materials. There is a protective clutch that instantly stops the rotation of the tool when the drill or drill is jammed. The rotary hammer is designed to operate with Makita 18 V Li-Ion batteries, but batteries and charger are not included in the package.
