Lightweight cordless dual-mode rotary hammer with SDS Plus chuck and battery-powered. It is positioned as a product of the middle price category from the Makita LXT line, the products of which are designed for active professional use. It has a practical linear layout and an ergonomic design with shock-absorbing rubber pads on the handles that effectively dampen vibration. Equipped with a reliable brushed DC motor, which is well protected from dust and provides impressive torque.
The durable percussion mechanism generates impact energy up to 1.3 J. Powered by a capacious 18V lithium-ion battery, the Makita DHR165Z rotary hammer has increased mobility and will become a valuable assistant on objects without an electrical connection. Able to work in two modes: conventional and impact drilling. In the first, it can quickly create holes up to 13 mm in diameter in general steels, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, wood and polymers. The second is designed for vigorous drilling of durable concrete grades (slabs, walls, ceilings), brickwork, stone and other hard mineral materials. There is a reverse and electronic regulation of the speed of rotation of the cartridge.
