Model overview based on user reviews
The Nexen Winguard Sport tires are praised for their affordability and quality, offering a smooth and quiet ride with reinforced sidewalls for durability. They perform well on snow, slush, and wet asphalt, making them a reliable choice for winter conditions. However, like many non-studded tires, they have poor traction on ice, so cautious driving is advised. Users appreciate their performance compared to more expensive brands, noting minimal wear after extended use. While some users experienced issues with grip on icy roads, the overall consensus is that these tires provide good value for money, especially for those on a budget.

In use since last winter on the Ford Kuga, overall satisfied. Drove in the snow in the Carpathians, never got stuck, it holds the road well, especially in slushy snow. Leading the way on mountain passes, though on high-speed descents, the rear axle skidded a bit, but the all-wheel drive helped out. Affordable and quality tires. Good handling in the city and on snow. Poor traction on icy roads. |
For its price, the tires are simply excellent! Very durable, high quality. They feature reinforced sidewalls that are nearly impossible to tear. Additionally, they provide a very smooth ride, easily absorbing any road bumps. They are quite quiet while driving. Accelerate quickly, even on snow. They perform brilliantly on ice as well. I haven't had any issues with braking either, even on bad roads I maintained control without any problems. In my opinion, the tires do not fall short of more expensive brands, and they are really cheap compared to them. So far, I haven't found any drawbacks. use Nexen Winguard Sport month or more i recommend it should buy |
I bought these tires due to tight financial circumstances. I was afraid they would turn out to be complete rubbish. But in reality, they turned out to be very decent tires! I didn't even expect that. They performed well for one season, let's see how they do in the second. Affordable cost. Performs well on wet and snowy asphalt. Sidewalls are reinforced. Quite quiet and soft. After a year of use, wear is not too significant. Does not behave in the best way on ice. But that's understandable. |
