Nitecore makes wonderful quality products, and this ultralight flashlight is my favorite. It is lightweight yet powerful enough, producing up to 400 lumens. The rubber attachment is so simple and ingenious that it can be replaced anywhere and anytime. The type-c charging, which I consider a "must-have," makes usage even more enjoyable. Another big plus is the night mode with red light. This is a flashlight I can recommend to everyone. It goes with me on hikes, during runs, at home, and is always in my backpack during blackouts. Light, durable, practical
The representative of the NU line by Nitecore is an ultra-light and compact headlamp, weighing only 44 grams and measuring 6 cm in length. It is almost unnoticeable on the head and convenient for carrying and storage. The lightness is further enhanced by a thin elastic strap that reflects light and glows in the dark, increasing user safety.
The sturdy plastic body of the Nitecore NU21 is resistant to drops from up to one meter and has a decent water resistance rating of IP66. The high level of reliability is also highlighted by the manufacturer, offering a 5-year warranty on the device.
Various modes
The flashlight is positioned as dual-beam, equipped with two main white light LEDs, producing a light output of up to 360 lumens with a range of 58 meters. The user has access to 4 brightness levels, including medium and low at 170 and 60 lumens. Additionally, there are SOS and beacon modes, as well as a pair of red LEDs with steady or flashing illumination.
Power from Type C
The battery with a capacity of 500 mAh is equipped with a 4-level indicator and charges via Type-C on the case. The operating time reaches 2 hours at maximum brightness, 8 hours at 60 lumens, and up to 37 hours at a minimal 6 lumens.
The case features two buttons of different shape and texture, making the operation more intuitive: one is responsible for switching on and adjusting the brightness, the other for changing modes (white/red light, auxiliary modes, etc.). A protective lock is also available.
The Nitecore NU21 is an excellent solution for outdoor activities and/or as a backup light source.
