Nordisk' 3 season bags are constructed to reach -2C rating but temperature rating from +4C to -6C is considered a 3 season bag.- A 3 season bag is ideal for the Nordic climate. It is not too big and bulky nor too hot for the average Nordic summer nights. As it can get cold at night during summer, a summer bag might be too cold. A 3 season bag still provides plenty of ventilation options.
