The pre-top model of a high-tech electric toothbrush with proprietary iO technology, a nozzle with a round head, an informative b/w OLED display, position sensors and a built-in Bluetooth module for synchronization with a smartphone. It is positioned as a product of the upper price category in 2020, aimed at demanding users who prefer smart home appliances. Innovative iO technology provides combined movements of the brush head for the most effective and thorough brushing.
The durable linear electric drive, using the principle of magnetic levitation, creates reciprocating rotational movements with a frequency of 175 Hz and microvibrations with a frequency of 800 Hz. This combination allows the Oral-B iO Series 7 toothbrush to successfully combine the virtues of two of the most popular cleaning technologies for the best possible result. An additional massage effect ensures the health of the gums and serves as a prevention of their diseases.
The built-in pressure sensor warns of excessive pressure of the head against the dentition. It automatically reduces the oscillation power until the user reduces the pressure. There is a light LED-indication of the pressure level (at optimal pressure, the indicator lights up green, and in case of excessive pressing — red). The OLED display clearly displays important information and allows you to choose between five modes (daily, delicate, intensive, whitening, gum care).
