Unlike the full-size models in the series, this version comes in a more portable 8-inch form factor, making it convenient to carry in a field bag, the chest pocket of workwear, or mounted on the arm/wrist for couriers and warehouse workers.

The body is 16.3 mm thick, weighs 625 g, made of metal, and complies with IP68/IP69K dust and water resistance standards, as well as the MIL-STD-810 military standard, regulating resistance to drops, shocks, vibrations, temperature fluctuations, and high humidity. The hardware of the Oukitel RT3 Plus tablet is typical for the budget rugged segment: an 8-core MediaTek Helio G81 processor with a frequency of up to 2 GHz and Mali-G52 graphics, 4 GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and 128 GB of built-in eMMC memory with support for microSD cards up to 1 TB.

In the AnTuTu test, the device scores around 252,000 points, which is sufficient for basic work scenarios, documentation, navigation, and working with corporate applications. Communication features worth noting include two slots for nano-SIM with 4G LTE network support, an NFC chip for contactless identification and tag work, as well as a GPS module with support for GLONASS and Galileo.

Wi-Fi is represented by the 802.11ac standard, Bluetooth by version 5.0. The high-capacity 11,000 mAh battery supports 18-watt fast charging and provides multi-day autonomy under moderate loads. The rear 16-megapixel camera handles documenting objects and scanning work documents right in the field.
