Titanium smart ring with a minimalist design, available in a wide range of sizes from "4" to "15". This makes the item suitable for both slender women’s fingers and thicker men’s fingers. A significant advantage of this model compared to the previous generation is that the ring has gotten rid of protruding internal sensors, which could potentially leave marks on the finger and cause discomfort during extended wear.

From now on, sensors are installed flush with the inner surface. The ring tracks heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), measures saturation (blood oxygen level), monitors stress, temperature, and sleep quality. Based on body temperature and heart rate, it can predict various ailments. The Oura Ring Gen4 10 sensitively detects even minor changes in the body — lack of sleep, stress, fatigue after exercise, etc.

To gain full access to detailed analytical data, an Oura Membership subscription is required. The smart ring needs to be charged approximately once every 7–8 days. Additionally, the model boasts reliable water resistance with a permissible immersion depth of up to 100 meters. The ring is available in different color variations to choose from: black, silver, gold, and pink.
