A unique feature of the 55-inch 4K TV from Philips is the branded three-sided Ambilight backlight. It offers various usage scenarios: music mode, relaxing Lounge Light, morning mode with wake-up timer, and sports mode, where the club colors of your favorite team are displayed on the wall behind the screen. Backlight control is carried out through a separate button on the remote control.
Reference contrast, color gamut, and viewing angles
The impressive picture quality is ensured by the OLED matrix and the proprietary P5 Perfect Picture processor with AI algorithms. This combination provides rich contrast, wide viewing angles, and excellent color reproduction - an ideal solution for movies, sports broadcasts, YouTube videos, and TV shows. All key HDR formats are supported, including HDR10+ and Dolby Vision.
