The design is complemented by a pleasant blue illumination of the power button and transparent water level indicators. The latter are located on both sides, which simplifies the control of the amount of liquid.

The handle is made of plastic. There are plastic elements inside the flask, for example, on the inside of the lid. But all materials are safe from the point of view of food contact.

Fast and quiet operation

Philips HD 9357 is equipped with a 2200W heating element. It allows you to boil a full volume of a kettle of 1.7 liters in about 5 minutes. In addition, according to user reviews, the device works quite quietly, as for metal models.

The kettle turns off automatically as soon as the water boils, and does not turn on if the flask is empty.
