The tyre was released to replace the "ice" Pirelli Ice Zero. Particular attention was paid to the spikes. Henceforth, the model uses a 24-row studding scheme in the longitudinal plane and 12-row in the transverse orientation. This helps to avoid steel "teeth" from falling into one ice furrow when moving. The spikes are planted in active holes with containers for crushed ice — the cleared area around them maintains the continuity of adhesion.

V-shaped channels appeared in the tread of the model, they are also called "accelerators" for the removal of water and snow porridge. In addition, the zigzag edges of the blocks improve snow-covered flotation, and the lugs in the shoulder areas help to “rake” in deep snow. 3D slats in the "shoulders" provide rigidity to the blocks, thereby facilitating the laying of turns.
