A new product from Ryobi, introduced in 2023, is a handheld vacuum cleaner that can be used both at home and in the car, garage and other utility rooms. Compared to the previous model R18HV-0, this device has received some improvements that make it more convenient to use. In particular, the volume of the dust container has been increased to 0.6 liters (compared to 0.56 liters), which is a good indicator for portable vacuum cleaners.

The dust container is now completely transparent and features new latches to make cleaning and removing debris easier.

Good performance and air filtration

The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a motor with a suction power of 6500 Pa. This power is usually enough for cleaning up crumbs in the kitchen or collecting sawdust and other small debris after renovation or construction work. However, it is worth noting that this vacuum cleaner can be quite noisy, with a noise level of up to 80 dB. The kit includes a crevice nozzle designed for cleaning hard-to-reach places.

The cleaning efficiency is complemented by a two-level air purification system, including an 11th generation HEPA filter, which captures at least 95% of the smallest particles.

Member of the ONE+ family

This model belongs to the 18V ONE+ line of devices from Ryobi, which includes battery-powered devices for home, garden, car and other applications. It is important to note that the battery and charger are not included with the vacuum cleaner, but if you already have other devices with batteries in this line, then you can use their battery with this vacuum cleaner. When using a 5 Ah battery, battery life can reach 34 minutes, which is a good result for a portable vacuum cleaner.
