The Sage juicer is an auger type model and uses the cold pressing method. This means that the motor operates at low speeds and allows you to extract juices from fruits and vegetables with minimal heating and oxidation, preserving the maximum amount of vitamins and nutrients. The 240 W motor works quietly but efficiently: the juicer can process almost any ingredient, be it classic vegetables and fruits or greens, sprouts and small berries.

The auger mechanism has a low rotation speed (80 rpm), which ensures thorough grinding and maximum juice yield with minimal foam and waste. Sage Big Squeeze is equipped with a wide loading neck, which allows you to load whole fruits and vegetables, saving time on pre-cutting. Freshly squeezed juice is sent to a 1.2 liter jug, and the used pulp is automatically dumped into a 1.5-liter container. The juicer has minimal settings, as it only operates at one speed. A useful addition to the design is the plug on the spout, which primarily prevents juice from leaking onto the work surface. It can also be used to quickly wash the equipment after use.
