My wife and I bought this model for the country. Good picture, vibrant colors. The sound is good. Smart TV is, and works stably. There are no crashes from applications. Internet is fast. I recommend to buy. Smart, Sound, Picture. Did not find |
I don't recommend this model. After 10 months of use, the top right corner of the TV became lighter, and when we called tech support under warranty, they said it wasn't a warranty case. Six months later, the bottom right corner became lighter as well, stripes appeared at the bottom of the screen, and it started rebooting constantly. Three days later, it stopped turning on altogether. At the service center, they said the screen needs to be replaced (21,000 UAH) all at one's own expense since the warranty had expired. The conclusion is that the TV worked for 1.5 years and that's it. Now there are two options: throw it in the trash (28,000 UAH) or continue staring at a black screen. "Thank you" SAMSUNG, for taking care of your customers! Large screen, we had a 70'' Worked only for 1.5 years |
The screen is good, nothing more. I bought a 43" for the bedroom. In the living room, I installed a QLED 58". The QLED series has everything, while this one is cut down in every way. The screen is good, bright; reads 4 TB HDD and NTFS file system; there are no problems with formats: mkv, mp4 (reads everything in 4K) No 3.5mm jack; lack of Bluetooth of any version; lack of tulips; there is only one USB port (so either HDD or keyboard); an old antediluvian remote control, which constantly collects a lot of dust between the buttons (+ absolutely unnecessary Netflix and PrimeVideo buttons, there is almost no translated content), it would be better to add a Youtube button; no voice input :( |
