The sixth generation of Apple's multimedia network player (the third with support for UltraHD/4K resolution), designed for high-quality display of content from the proprietary Apple TV and iTunes service on a TV. This model, like the previous ones, is adapted for use in the Apple ecosystem and, unlike the previous generation player, has a more powerful processor and increased memory.

The ability to calibrate color using iPhone has also been added, and an improved Siri Remote has been included. The Apple TV 4K 64GB 2022 media player supports video playback with extended dynamic range, and it is possible to work not only with the banal HDR10+, but also correct stream output in the professional Dolby Vision format. The device is controlled by the proprietary tvOS operating system and has access to the AppStore.

It is possible to install games and enjoy comfortable gaming using a remote control, a separately purchased game controller or joysticks from PlayStation 4 or Microsoft XBOX. The hardware configuration is based on a combination of a 6-core A15 Bionic processor and built-in LPDDR4X memory. The powerful Power VR GX graphics subsystem supports a set of the latest Open GL ES 3.0 3D image rendering technologies and provides decent gaming performance. The dual-band Wi-Fi module is responsible for wireless connections.
