The debutant of 2024 in the Scangrip brand line is a compact hand-held flashlight in the form factor of a pen. It is made of plastic, weighs less than 80 grams, has a length of 17.4 cm with a small height and width (2 and 3 cm, respectively), which simplifies storage and transportation. Basic dust protection (IP20 compliance) and impact resistance are also declared - it should withstand falls from a height of one meter.

The Scangrip MAG PEN 3 flashlight has two light sources - on the side (main, 120-degree beam angle) and on the head (auxiliary, directional, 25 ° beam angle). In the first case, a COB plate with a maximum luminous flux of 150 lm is provided, and in the second - a CREE XP-G2 diode of 80 lm. The brightness of the main light can be adjusted, and it changes smoothly (while the button is pressed) in the range from 10 to 100%.

The built-in 750 mAh lithium-ion battery is responsible for the autonomous operation of the model. Such a capacity in economy mode (at 15 lm) should be enough for 20 hours of operation without recharging, and at maximum - up to 2 hours. The charging process will take about 3.5 hours, and a cable with a USB port is included in the kit, so you can use, for example, a power bank for power supply. Another important feature of the product is the presence of not only a clip for carrying on clothes, but also a magnet built into the tail of the body. The latter will allow you to fix the model on metal, freeing your hands.
