The Steinel name isn't all that well known because the firm only specializes in hot glue guns and hot air guns. But it is Steinel that produces glue tools, which are sold under the Bosch and Metabo brands (with the corresponding logos and price tags), so no one questions the quality of its products.
Professionalism in every detail
The output (22 g/min) shows that the STEINEL Gluematic 5000 is a professional tool. With a closer look at its design, this impression only intensifies. For example, it is very convenient that the gun has a detachable power cord and a closed melt chamber, which accumulates heat well. After warming up the tool to operating temperature, you can unplug the cable and move far away from the outlet. It is also impossible not to appreciate the stand with a removable plate for glue, which sometimes drips from the spout, and a set of interchangeable nozzles for different types of work, carefully packed by the manufacturer in a case with a gun.
A gun for those who are not used to overpaying
Looking for a good glue gun that rivals the blue Bosch but at a better price? Then Steinel is the right choice. But it should be remembered that the operating mode of the Gluematic 5000 model (the tool heats the glue up to 220 °C) is not suitable for gluing delicate materials that do not like such a high temperature.
