original and practical

The model with a tank of 12 liters has the most ergonomic body. But it weighs a lot, even a lot — 4.5 kg. The situation is somewhat saved by wide straps with convenient adjustment and a stable tank base so that you can put it on the ground when working.

The neck of the tank is interestingly made — a conical shape with a strainer is set aside and closed with a wide lid, which tightly twists in just a couple of turns. The lid itself has 10, 20 and 30 mL measuring cups for mixing spray ingredients.

What test is it made from?

The plastic tank is transparent, thanks to which the liquid level is clearly visible. The pipe deserves special attention. It is made of polymeric materials, it bends easily, but at the same time, it is difficult to break it, it is not inferior in strength to metal ones. The tip is brass, which means it will last longer than plastic. This is especially important, since the model is quite performant and consumes up to 1.4 L / min.

Convenient extras

It is convenient to work with the sprayer both left-handed and right-handed. There is no locking button on the handle, but it is easily pressed and the hand does not get tired much. A pressure gauge will help you monitor the pressure and not pump it over 6 bar. And the built-in holder on the tank will allow you to tightly fix the tube at the end of work.

Summing up, the SG 51 sprayer can be ranked among the leaders both in terms of performance and price. Accordingly, we conclude that the device will be useful for processing large areas. Deal with them quickly and last a long time. However, the east european Palisad 64781 meets the same conditions, but costs 2 times cheaper. Why not an alternative?
