Automatic blood pressure monitor with an arm cuff and voice results function, specially adapted for use by people with visual impairments. A key feature of this model is the voice announcement system that audibly reports all measurement readings, making the device accessible for visually impaired and blind users. However, the voice feature can be turned off. This device uses the oscillometric measurement method, clinically validated for accuracy, equivalent to auscultatory measurements with mechanical sphygmomanometers conducted by qualified medical personnel.

The Tech-Med TMA-VOICE 1 blood pressure monitor measures blood pressure in the range of 0-280 mmHg with an error margin of ±3 mmHg and pulse rate from 40 to 199 beats per minute with a precision of ±5% of the reading. The arrhythmia detection function records symptoms of heart rhythm disorders, alerting users of the need to consult a cardiologist. Large backlit LCD display sized 94x53 mm ensures easy reading of results even in low light.

The built-in memory is designed for two users, storing the last 30 measurements for each, with automatic date and time indication linking each record to a specific moment. The WHO color scale visually classifies obtained readings according to international standards. The standard-size cuff is designed for an arm circumference of 23-33 cm. Powered by four AA batteries or via the built-in micro USB port from a network adapter, which is included along with a protective case and a measurement diary.
