Model overview based on user reviews
Tefal Comfort K2213104 is a practical 15 cm chef’s knife for everyday cutting of meat, vegetables, and herbs. Users appreciate its comfortable non-slip handle and good factory sharpness, while the blade’s steel is considered average and requires periodic sharpening as the edge wears with active use.
Pros
Cons
Price, cuts well, comfortable handle The quality of the steel is mediocre. |
The Tefal Comfort knife at 15 cm is like the "workhorse" in the kitchen that handles most daily tasks without any pomp. The stainless steel blade cuts meat, vegetables, and herbs — all without much trouble, though it doesn't chop bones. The handle is plastic but ergonomic: it fits comfortably in the hand, doesn't slip, and doesn't feel like you're holding a disposable item. Yes, the steel here isn't premium. The blade edge tends to wear a bit faster than more expensive models — small "nicks" appear after active use. However, periodic sharpening restores its sharpness without much effort, and it's perfectly sufficient for daily work. In the end, this is not a knife for collectors, but a regular, everyday kitchen knife: simple, convenient, versatile, and at a cost that doesn't sting. Good ergonomics Still, when you buy Tefal, you don't expect it to be Made in China, which is what modern realities look like. |

However, it is quite comfortable. The curve of the handle and its high position above the blade make for a comfortable grip, and fingers don’t touch the board when chopping. The handle itself is made of sturdy plastic, not slippery in the hand. The factory sharpening is good, cuts without problems. To maintain sharpness, we sharpen it once every few weeks.
The set came with a plastic blade cover. It mostly serves as protection during transportation. Overall, it's like any other knife; the Tefal label doesn't make it extraordinary. Just regular mass-market.
