Purchased for the offseason and heating season. Compared to the previous electronic one, it was surprising that its readings varied significantly depending on the location in the room and the apartment overall. For instance, humidity near the wall was one thing, and near the TV—entirely different. The differences weren't just 1-2%. The electronic one never showed this— it almost always stayed the same. This hygrometer, however, identified the most humid rooms in the apartment and truly helped to arrange and "survive the winter" with maximum comfort. However, the price tag is somewhat peculiar. The small-sized plastic case with German text in the photo looks much better than in reality. It also reflects light, which can be seen in "real" photos, and it's quite modest in size—a 10 cm diameter is a bit small for a room over 12 m². It's hard to see from a distance. But to slightly assess the humidity condition in the room without looking closely at the numbers, the optimal humidity range highlighted in blue helps. Generally, the main point is that the device works. I can't speak for accuracy since there's nothing to compare it with. But given the state of the rooms, which showed completely different humidity values, the utility of this hygrometer is indeed significant. Truly works ) changing the hygrometer's location reflects on its readings. Would like it to be bigger and more budget-friendly. Also, German is not relevant for our region.
